Daniel Dozier founded Kerdoz&Co. in 2023 after more than a decade working with French & US government agencies in global trade and commerce

Former Investment Manager & Director of Special Projects at Business France, covering the US & Canada.

Nearly 20 years of international experience advising regions, cities, and agencies on FDI, destination development, and strategic investment.

Early career: Chief of Staff to the US Ambassador (France & Monaco, World Expo Milan 2015) and International Fundraising Director for President Obama’s 2008 campaign.

Holds a Master’s in Tourism Administration from George Washington University and a BA from Georgetown University.

Current clients include JobsOhio and Idaho Commerce.

Douglas Radcliff

Douglas Radcliff, based in Paris, has over six years of economic development experience through his role as Director of Innovation and Research at Resource Development Group in the United States Radcliff’s expertise includes fundraising, marketing and communication campaigns, market studies, research, developing prospect lists and lead generation services for his clients.

He has been a Fellow and a Head English Editor for over seven years at the Czech Centre for Human Rights and Democracy, an independent academic institution based in the Czech Republic. Having professional and academic experience in the United States, Spain, the Czech Republic, and France. Radcliff has a Masters of Arts in International Economic and Political Studies from Charles University in Prague and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.
