Daniel P. Dozier
Daniel Dozier is the Founder and CEO of Kerdoz&Co, the Paris-based foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction and destination advisory firm dedicated to strengthening transatlantic economic ties. He advises governments, investment promotion agencies, and industry leaders on high-impact strategies that attract investment, accelerate international growth, and advance long-term public policy objectives between Europe and North America.
Before launching Kerdoz&Co, Daniel served as Investment Manager and Director of Special Projects at Business France, where he led strategic investment initiatives across the United States and Canada. His career spans senior roles within U.S. and French public institutions, including serving as Chief of Staff for the U.S. Pavilion at Expo 2015 Milan and at the Residence of the U.S. Ambassador to France and Monaco, where he curated high-level diplomatic and economic engagement initiatives.
Daniel began his career on Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign, later holding senior international leadership roles during the Presidential Inauguration and at the Democratic National Committee before relocating to France. He holds a Master of Tourism Administration from George Washington University and graduated with Honors from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. Based in Paris, he continues to build strategic bridges between public and private sector leaders across the Atlantic.

Douglas Radcliff
Douglas Radcliff, based in Paris, has over six years of economic development experience through his role as Director of Innovation and Research at Resource Development Group in the United States. Radcliff’s expertise includes fundraising, marketing and communication campaigns, market studies, research, developing prospect lists and lead generation services for his clients.
He has been a Fellow and a Head English Editor for over seven years at the Czech Centre for Human Rights and Democracy, an independent academic institution based in the Czech Republic. Having professional and academic experience in the United States, Spain, the Czech Republic, and France, Radcliff has a Masters of Arts in International Economic and Political Studies from Charles University in Prague and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.

Rushin Shah
Rushin Shah is a business development professional specializing in foreign direct investment (FDI), market entry strategy, and cross-border expansion across North America, Asia and European markets. He has been a part of Kerdoz & Co, handling operations, market research, and inward investment outreach while actively identifying new business opportunities and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Having worked with clients from the United States, France, and the Middle East, he brings a global perspective to investment promotion and international business development.
Previously, Rushin contributed to projects focused on supporting companies with expansion strategies, stakeholder engagement, and location analysis. His experience includes advising organizations on market entry approaches, coordinating prospect development activities, and supporting FDI-focused collaborations with international partners.
Rushin brings a practical, data-driven approach to business development, investment promotion, and international collaboration, supported by a strong foundation in international business and financial markets.
